Small-scale facilities for thermal processing of loose products in a flow of hot air

		The USM-1 facility is a compact setup in which a product is processed in a fluidized bed by a flow of clean air heated in an electric air heater; owing to this, an extremely high quality of roasting or drying is attained. The product after thermal processing exhibits a uniformly colored clean surface. The overall dimensions make it possible to transport the setup by rail in a five-ton container.   The environmental purity of processed products and the operation safety of the facility are certified by the Russian State Committee for Standards and by the Sanitary and Epidemic Inspection
